Fitness & Healthy Habits Coaching

This program is based on your individual goals and current fitness level, formulated by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Your fitness program will progress and be adjusted based on how you are feeling and your schedule. In addition to mobility, resistance training, and cardio, we will also look at your diet, sleep, and stress. We believe in developing healthy habits over time to achieve overall health and well-being.

Endurance Training

We offer convenient online personalized training programs for people looking to get their feet wet in endurance sports, those that have participated in races before and want to get a bit more serious with a coach, and anyone that wants to work on consistency with a dedicated training plan. All of our plans are personalized to your current fitness level and designed by our 80/20 Endurance certified coach.

We can help get you out of the current fitness rut you are in, and accelerate you toward your healthy habit goals. Whether you feel you’re not progressing in your workouts, nutrition, or weight loss we can help.

Your routine will adjust as you need it. If you’re looking for more focused time in the gym we can do that. Let your coach know. All this is accomplished fully online when convenient for you.

Putting it all together

Developing healthy habits is not a singular action. It takes movement, healthy eating, and consistency to reach your goals. We are here to help with all of those. Your fitness plan will get you moving. We can advise you on healthy eating habits, Macro tracking, and ways to fuel your workouts to get the most out of whatever time you have to dedicate to them.

If you want to step up your current exercise program to include running, or maybe you’re looking to complete your first race. Whether that’s a 5k, half marathon, or triathlon our coaches can get you on a program to cross that finish line. We develop our programs following the 80/20 Endurance training model, and just like all of our plans these are customized to the individual. As your life, and fitness change so will your program.
