What we can offer you

Whether your goal is to run your first 5k, step up your triathlon distance to a 70.3, or anything in between we can develop a personalized training plan that will get you to the start line prepared to conquer the day.

We specialize in beginner and novice athletes by using the 80/20 Endurance training model but are equally as comfortable working with someone that has been racing for a while that is ready to start training with a coach. Our 80/20 Endurance certified coach will balance your training to make sure you are getting the right amount of intensity and duration in your plan to get you to race day as fit and fast as possible.

What is 80/20 Endurance?

80/20 Endurance is simply a philosophy of training that emphasizes balancing the intensity of your workouts to make sure you reach your highest level of fitness as efficiently as possible. Most people who start out training for an endurance sport train too hard too often. This can lead to overtraining, burnout, and injury. By using the 80/20 Endurance model you will perform a majority of your training at an easy intensity to allow you to get the most out of your moderate to hard training sessions. Our endurance coach is certified in the 80/20 endurance model and will use this philosophy when developing your personalized training plan.

Training Options



You’re a runner, or you’ve always wanted to start running, and you want to cross the finish line of your first race. Maybe you’ve run a few 5 or 10ks, and now you want to tackle your first half marathon. We can help you reach these goals with a plan that will be built around your current running ability, and the goal you want to reach. You will get a plan that will adjust with you and your schedule. This is not a pre-built plan that is given to everyone. Your program will be your program. You’ll be on vacation for a week, and not able to run? We’ll make some adjustments. Your last week was too big of a jump for you? We can get you back on track. Additionally, we can advise you on how to prepare for race day, and cross that finish line with a smile on your face (well maybe after you catch your breath).



Much like our running programs we can get you to your goals with our personalized triathlon programs. Our certified 80/20 Endurance coaches can work with you to set up a schedule that is the most efficient use of the time you have available to put you in the position for your best performance on race day. The 80/20 Endurance philosophy stresses completing a majority of your training at an easy pace, so you can tackle your hard session with the intensity needed to achieve the biggest benefit. Using this methodology will help you get to race day healthy, and ready to suffer!
