Not sure where to start on your fitness and/or weight loss journey? Do you go to the gym and wander aimlessly, unsure of how to structure your workout for your goals? We can offer you a program to help you reach your goals no matter where you are in your journey! No equipment? No problem! We will meet you where you are and guide you toward your goals. Do you struggle with nutrition? We can help determine the best course of action to help you develop the habits needed for long-term results.

  • Unlimited messaging via Trainerize app  
  • One to two face-to-face (via video, phone, or email) check-ins with your coach per month 

How we’ll work together



We believe fitness can fit into any life! Whether you just want to be more mobile to play with your kids, build strength and muscle mass, or have better balance and flexibility, we will design a program to fit your needs. Every plan is different, but in general, a well-rounded fitness plan will include mobility, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercise. Using the Trainerize app, your workouts will be placed on your schedule every week. Plans change? Feel free to move the workouts around to fit your schedule. After each workout, let us know how it goes using the in-app messaging. We can adjust anything that’s not working for you.

Healthy Habits


Motivation is fleeting. We believe consistency is the key to long-term success. It is all about trusting the process and changing your habits. This is accomplished slowly, a little bit at a time. Taking on too much at once almost always leads to burnout and feelings of failure. Fitness is only a piece of the pie. Nutrition, sleep, recovery, and stress management play huge roles in our overall health and well-being. Again, every person and every plan is different depending on goals, but our goal is to help each client in all of these areas, as we know this is what will lead to the best long-term outcomes. This can include macro calculations and tracking assistance, mindful eating coaching, food journaling, and overall nutritional guidance.
